We charge straightforward fees: 10% of collected rent for full management (inclusive of inspections, compliance, and admin), 3–10% for guaranteed rent agreements over 3–10-year terms (we take on void and default risk, you receive a fixed monthly payment regardless), 65% of the first month's rent for tenant-find only, and 15% for refurbishment project management.
