Commercial and Management Agreements
This service is more commonly referred to as rent-to-rent. If you are a landlord with a Buy-to-Let or House of Multiple Occupation property and would like to benefit from long term, guaranteed rental income without the hassle of managing the property, then we can offer this service to you. With a legally binding contract, we can guarantee a fixed rental return each and every month whilst we manage and pay for everything including maintenance, refurbishment and monthly bills/overheads. We will fill the property with tenants, manage the day-to-day running of the house or HMO and also deal with any void periods which will not affect your income or our agreement.
Here at SJB Property Group we take all of the hardship of owning a BTL or HMO property away from you by taking all of the risk and managing EVERY aspect of owning an investment property.
